Featured in WatchMojo: Top 10 of 2023 TV Shows You Should Binge (2023). Honestly, I thought the first season was slow, but now season two is glacial. I don’t need to be told the sociopolitical consequences of these people’s actions over and over again.
We become extremely predictable and I feel like every scene is “another time for dummies”; an endless loop
It’s obvious. I’m waiting for the show to catch up to me at this point and no, I haven’t read the books, but I’ve read and watched hundreds of versions of this story – snowpiercer, anyone? This is the latest in a long line of things like this and most people behave this way in certain situations – looking at you, Agatha Christie and Isaac Asimov, they both knew this really well.
I can tell the dialogue before the characters at this point
Why are there so many shows with this fast pace now? Who is this demographic they want to entertain that can’t keep up with what’s going on and the ramifications of it? If it doesn’t pan out, I’ll have to give it a miss. Snoozefest.
